Membership services are available by appointment only and are subject to scheduling availability. Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred dates and times.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may be used only by the enrolled Member.

Membership fees are automatically charged each month to the credit card on file. The Member authorizes MOON Head & Body Spa to process recurring monthly payments until the membership is cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.

If a payment cannot be processed, the Member agrees that MOON Head & Body Spa may contact them by telephone, text message, or email to resolve the payment issue.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable New Jersey law.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least fifteen (15) days’ notice.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the applicable notice period. Failure to provide the required notice may result in one final membership charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that month’s membership service. MOON Head & Body Spa reserves the right to waive this policy at its sole discretion in emergency circumstances.

MOON Head & Body Spa reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, and policies by providing Members with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice.

Members may place their membership on hold once per calendar year for a maximum of one (1) month for reasons including vacation, medical leave, or personal circumstances. Requests must be made at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.

During the freeze period:

• Monthly membership fees will not be charged.
• Membership services may not be used.
• The Member’s existing membership rate and status will be preserved.
• Freeze periods cannot be applied retroactively.

Any concerns or disputes regarding membership charges or services should be submitted in writing to info@moonheadandbodyspa.com.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing any legal remedies available under New Jersey law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, including applicable provisions of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.

By enrolling in a membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and authorizes recurring monthly billing as described herein.
